Passes are not transferable nor refundable.

In case of unexpected event, you can postpone your participation for one year. Handling fee will be charged after Sep 30. ($20/person before Oct 31, $50/person after Nov 1)

Cancelled spot will be offered to the people in the waiting list on a first come, first serve basis. (You cannot give your pass to your friend.)

TO POSTPONE YOUR PARTICIPATION

If you are postponing before Sep 30, EMAIL US with registered name of the person who is postponing the participation.

If your are postponing after Oct 1 until Oct 31, please send us handling fee from below. We will email you confirmation of the deposit for next year.
